Sorin Mitel is a Senior Partner and one of the founders of Mitel & Asociații. Sorin is member of the Bucharest Bar, the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for International Legal Studies and an active member of the International Bar Association.

Mădălina Mitel is a Partner. Mădălina is a member of the Bucharest Bar from 2000.

Magda Dima is a Partner. Magda is a member of the Bucharest Bar from 2000 and an arbitrator of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

Șerban Suchea is a Partner. Șerban is a member of the Bucharest Bar from 2006.

Ioana Negrea is a Partner. She graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2007.

Cristina Dan is a Counsel. She graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2008.

Alina Ostroveanu is a Managing Associate. She graduated from Spiru Haret University in 2001 and is a postgraduate in Criminal Law – Criminal Psychology (2002, University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law).

Anemari Ciobanu is a Managing Associate. She graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar in 2007.

Maria Cincu is a Managing Associate. She graduated from the University of Brasov – Faculty of Law in 2016.

Andrei Botoș is a Managing Associate. He graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law in 2015 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law.

Alexandru Popescu is a Senior Associate. He graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University – Faculty of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2002.
