Alexandru Popescu is a Senior Associate.
He graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University – Faculty of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2002.
He holds a M.Sc. degree in Private Law from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and an LL.M. degree in Business Law from Titu Maiorescu University. Furthermore, starting from December 2008, he is a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners of Romania.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions, reorganization and insolvency.
