Mitel & Asociatii advised MedLife for the acquisition of SAMA group, leading laboratory analysis and clinical investigations provider for Oltenia region. The total value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Mitel & Asociatii provided complex assistance to MedLife for structuring the transaction, due diligence review of the target companies, drafting and negotiating the documentation package for the acquisition of the majority stake in SAMA group of companies as well as for re-designing the corporate governance rules applicable in the new shareholding structure of SAMA Group.
